Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities
    • Direct and supervise the activities of central control and process operators, mineral and metal processing labourers, and machine operators.
    • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure efficient production and minimize downtime.
  • Improve Productivity and Quality
    • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
    • Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure Safety and Security
    • Oversee the safety of operations and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
    • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards.
  • Supervise and Train Staff
    • Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
    • Provide feedback and coaching to staff to improve performance.
  • Manage Resources
    • Manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient production.
