Description du poste

Le candidat retenu jouera un rôle clé dans l'analyse des coûts de revient, de la gestion des inventaires et dans l'optimisation des processus financiers de l'entreprise.

Responsabilités
  • Analyser les coûts de revient des produits transformés de l'entreprise et maintenir les recettes de produits à jour.
  • Mettre en place des outils de surveillance hebdomadaire des prix vendant et des marges de profitabilité par produits vendus.
  • Élaborer et maintenir les rapports financiers liés au contrôle des coûts.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de production et les départements pour assurer une gestion efficace des coûts.
  • Participer à l'implantation et à l'amélioration continue des systèmes ERP.
  • Fournir des analyses financières pour soutenir la prise de décisions stratégiques.
  • Préparer des rapports de performance financière et proposer des recommandations pour l'amélioration des marges bénéficiaires.
  • Supporter les équipes de gestion des inventaires et de l'entrepôt afin d'améliorer le degré de précision du niveau des inventaires et le taux de roulement des produits à rotation lente.
  • Développer le rôle de « item master data ».
Exigences
  • Diplôme de baccalauréat en comptabilité, finance ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Titre de CPA (Comptable Professionnel Agréé) obligatoire.
  • Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans le secteur manufacturier.
  • Expérience avérée dans l'analyse de coûts et le contrôle financier.
  • Connaissance du processus d'implantation d'un ERP est un atout important.
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, constitue un atout.
