Role and Responsibilities

The Client Support Coordinator is responsible for managing and executing a range of tasks related to the organization of training materials, services, and relevant information. This position will provide assistance and consultation to program execution leaders regarding the design and development of upcoming training courseware. Key responsibilities include the organization and maintenance of program control documents, data, and established standards. The role will involve interaction with subcontractors and clients, which includes preparing and presenting necessary documentation.

This position supports instructional designers and program execution leaders in the creation and development of training solutions. It serves a dual purpose: maintaining and organizing curriculum data within course control documents and acting as a BNH advisor throughout the program's transition phase; as well as providing standards planning, documentation, and quality assurance support to the Instructional Systems Design team. Key duties include:

Assisting in program planning activities and consulting with project leadership in preparation for project execution Entering, organizing, and maintaining BNH Advisor data Drafting documentation related to standards and instructional design, along with other process support activities Supporting quality assurance measures and standards compliance Potentially attending client meetings and training locations to assist in training design and development efforts Performing miscellaneous duties as required

Our ideal candidate possesses:

Experience with ADDIE and related training program development processes Prior involvement in Canadian Military Training Programs Skills in developing and documenting writing standards and best practices for courseware Experience in reviewing and validating instructional content against established standards Proficiency in data organization and data entry A professional degree in a relevant field (education, instructional design, or similar) is considered an asset Eligibility to obtain a security clearance for access to NATO secret documents and compliance with ITAR requirements Fluency in English

Desired skills include:

Comfort with CFITES Ability to work independently under tight deadlines Strong writing and communication capabilities Familiarity with technology and the ability to learn new software (experience with BNH Advisor and/or relational databases is an asset) Customer service experience is advantageous
