Bilingual Payroll Specialist

As a Bilingual Payroll Specialist at ADP, you will be responsible for managing client payroll, providing critical and accurate statutory information, and utilizing internal tools and processes to ensure optimal productivity and service excellence. You will also have the opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills through ongoing training and development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client payroll, including scheduling and running assigned client payrolls
- Provide critical and accurate statutory information to clients
- Utilize internal tools and processes to ensure optimal productivity and service excellence
- Develop knowledge and skills through ongoing training and development opportunities
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years Canadian payroll processing experience
- Minimum 5 years client service experience
- Advanced internet and MS Office skills (Word/Excel)
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- English/French bilingualism is mandatory
