Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Worker to join our team at Youth Impact Jeunesse Inc. As a Youth Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting the well-being and development of young people in our care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and support to young people in our group homes and half-way houses
  • Assist with daily living activities, including housekeeping and food preparation
  • Offer crisis intervention and suicide prevention services
  • Supervise activities and ensure the safety and security of clients
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive support services
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with youth in a support role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid criminal record check and child welfare check
