Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Youth Worker at Youth Impact Jeunesse Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and guidance to youth in a group home setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily support and supervision to youth in a group home setting
  • Assist with daily living activities, including housekeeping and food preparation
  • Provide crisis intervention and suicide prevention support as needed
  • Supervise activities and ensure the safety and well-being of clients
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a comprehensive support system for youth
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with youth in a group home setting an asset
  • Criminal record check and child welfare check required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
