About the Role

Z&Z Manufacturing is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Compile and process orders received from customers, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
  • Task Organization: Prioritize and organize tasks to achieve optimal productivity and efficiency.
  • Logistics Planning: Develop and implement operational logistics plans to meet business objectives.
  • Supply Chain Monitoring: Track and monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on logistics performance, highlighting key metrics and trends.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date work records and logs, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate the flow of supplies and materials, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing disruptions.
  • Assignment Scheduling: Schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment to optimize logistics operations.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
  • Language: English is the primary language used in this role.
  • Work Hours: 35-40 hours per week, with flexibility to meet business needs.
