Job Title: Painter Helper

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit individual to join our team as a Painter Helper at IMPRESSIVE PAINTING & DECORATING LTD.

Job Description:

Job Summary: As a Painter Helper, you will assist our experienced painters in preparing and applying paint to various surfaces, ensuring a high-quality finish and adhering to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
  • Repair cracks and holes in surfaces.
  • Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted.
  • Mix paint to desired color and texture.

Work Environment: This role involves working outdoors, at heights, and in confined spaces. You will be exposed to dusty conditions and physically demanding tasks.
