Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Painter Helper to join our team. As a Painter Helper, you will assist our experienced painters in various tasks related to painting and decorating. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist painters in preparing surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and repairing cracks and holes.
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials, such as paint, brushes, and rollers.
  • Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, and other equipment as needed.
  • Mix and apply paint to surfaces, following safety guidelines and manufacturer instructions.
  • Remove rubble and debris from construction sites, ensuring a safe and clean working environment.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors or senior painters.
Requirements:
  • No prior experience is required, as we provide on-the-job training.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
