Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Automotive Service Consultant to join our team at Gore Motors Honda. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients while their vehicles are in for repair or maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive customer service and support to clients while their vehicles are in for repair or maintenance
  • Support clients in scheduling their appointments and addressing any concerns they may have
  • Work closely with our service team to ensure seamless communication and efficient repair processes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their loyalty and satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest automotive technologies and best practices

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 High School Diploma
  • College certificate or additional courses in a related field would be an asset
  • Two years of previous experience in an automotive service position preferred
  • Basic automotive knowledge and understanding of repair processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service and computer experience required
  • Ability to work well in a team setting and thrive in a fast-paced environment
