We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as the Executive Director of River Restoration. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving our mission to restore the Elizabeth River through equitable collaboration with diverse communities, businesses, and governments.
About the Role- Lead a community-wide collaboration to restore the environmental health of the Elizabeth River
- Develop and implement strategies to cultivate donor relations, secure large private and public gifts, and steward resources effectively
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to deploy our collaboration model and bring together conflicting interests
- Foster a culture of equity, inclusivity, and environmental justice within our organization and the broader community
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing and technology trends to communicate with and strengthen our constituency, fundraise, and advance our mission
