Job Summary

We are seeking a Vice President of Facility Management to lead our central and western Canada (Ontario to British Columbia) and US operations. This key leadership role will be responsible for ensuring the success of our profit center, driving growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Protect the health and safety of our employees and customers
  • Lead a professional team dedicated to safety, quality, and customer service
  • Coordinate with support departments to ensure seamless delivery of customer-facing and back-office services
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow our business and expand customer relationships
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash management
  • Oversee human resources management, including recruitment, training, and employee development

Requirements

  • Recognized leadership experience in a multisite, multicultural environment
  • Ability to manage and motivate a large, geographically dispersed team
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities in profitably growing a business
  • At least ten years of experience in a business profit center role
  • Knowledge of facility management and technical background preferred
