Position Overview:
Reporting to the Cost Accounting Manager, the selected candidate will be instrumental in developing the systems and processes necessary to maintain exceptional production standards and ensure reliable profit margins during a phase of rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate costs associated with materials, processes, yields, and labor to identify opportunities for reducing production and inventory expenses.
- Analyze and verify inventory transactions for accuracy and completeness to support monthly financial reporting.
- Reconcile subledger and general ledger account balances.
- Calculate quarterly inventory reserves.
- Assist in the month-end closing of the general ledger.
- Collaborate with external auditors during the annual audit process.
- Develop and/or refine accounting and operational documentation related to inventory management and costing processes.
- Play a pivotal role in the selection and implementation of a new ERP system.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Approximately 5+ years of operational accounting experience in a manufacturing setting, including job costing and standard costing. Experience in the semiconductor sector is considered advantageous.
- Proficient in data analysis and ERP systems, with strong knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly advanced Excel skills.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $90,000-125,000 CAD
