We are a technology-enabled and platform-based urban housing systems company providing transformational innovation to the housing, architecture, building and construction industry.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned senior executive to provide executive oversight of all internal operations of the company, including manufacturing operations, scaling operations to emerging markets, contract management, facilities management, inventory management, quality assurance, project execution and quality control, health and safety, and intellectual property protection.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement effective operational strategies to drive business growth and efficiency
- Lead the manufacturing, project execution, and people domains to ensure seamless operations and high-quality outcomes
- Foster a culture of innovation and agility, encouraging fast innovation and technological leadership
- Ensure internal controls and policy compliance are robust, safeguarding assets and protecting intellectual property
- Advise the executive leadership team and Board of Directors on operations-related long-term business issues
- Understand and evaluate operational and associated financial risks, identifying ways to avoid or minimize their impact
