As a Senior Python Developer with AWS expertise, you will have the opportunity to work with a renowned institutional investor in the financial industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project timelines and deliverables within the team to ensure successful project completion.
  • Design software solutions by collaborating with portfolio managers, traders, operations staff, and peers to understand requirements.
  • Develop solutions that align with client technology biases, deliver efficiency and scalability, and enable new trading activities.
  • Provide knowledge transfer to team members and support staff through application demos, walkthroughs, and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Python in an enterprise environment, covering the whole development life cycle.
  • Strong communication skills, with excellent client-facing skills and ability to manage client expectations.
  • Technical skills with AWS technologies such as Lambda, SNS, SQS, S3.
  • Experience with production-level programming.
  • Technical skills in Java.
  • Capital Markets domain experience.
