Transfer Agency Associate

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Transfer Agency Private Markets Team as an Associate II. In this role, you will play a critical part in the overall success of the organization by providing exceptional client service and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of groups by overseeing workflows and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with other TA business units and departments within State Street to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Responsible for managing client Service Level Agreements and internal/external KPIs to ensure they are met.
- Work on various projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Education and Qualifications
We require a Bachelor's degree (optional) and 1-2 years of mutual fund operations experience. Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, etc.) is also essential.
