About the Role

Pivotal Integrated HR Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving strategic sourcing initiatives and managing procurement processes to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Sourcing Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design and execute sourcing strategies that maximize value and minimize risk.
  • Manage Procurement Processes: Oversee the entire procurement lifecycle, from RFP development to contract negotiation and vendor management.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Identify Opportunities for Improvement: Continuously assess and improve procurement processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure that all procurement activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: University undergraduate degree in a business-related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, supply chain management, and/or procurement.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Certifications: Professional designation or certification in supply chain management is an asset.
