Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at Thakkar Hospitality ON-SW Inc DBA Tim Hortons Restaurant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and cashiers, to ensure efficient service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all customers receive excellent service and leave the restaurant satisfied.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, including proper food handling and storage procedures, to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Various locations.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, flexible, organized, reliable, and a team player.
