Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Services Manager to join our team at SUBWAY. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless delivery.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to meet customer demands and minimize waste.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Supply Chain Management: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to optimize costs and quality.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service operations.
- Permanent position.
- English language required.
- 35 to 44 hours per week.
