Food Service Operations Manager

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at SUBWAY. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for determining the type of services to be offered and implementing operational procedures to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
* Organize and maintain inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste
* Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times to maintain a safe working environment
* Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure the best possible prices and quality
* Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
* Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery

**Requirements**

* College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field

**Work Environment**

* Work Term: Permanent
* Work Language: English
* Hours: 35 to 44 hours per week
