As the Maintenance Leader, you will be responsible for managing maintenance activities across two water treatment plants, a dam and reservoir, as well as numerous pumping facilities and storage reservoirs. Your leadership will be instrumental in promoting a unified culture focused on customer satisfaction and ensuring a consistent supply of high-quality drinking water.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee efficient and effective preventative and emergency maintenance operations.
  • Assist in the development of operational budgets and strategic work plans.
  • Review and analyze monthly financial reports.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy working environment for all staff.
  • Provide strategic guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities for team members.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to minimize disruptions during maintenance and capital projects.
  • Manage procurement processes and project execution.

Qualifications:

  • A completed two-year Technical Diploma coupled with a minimum of ten years of progressive experience, including supervisory roles.
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
  • Proven skills in change leadership, strategic and analytical thinking, effective communication, sound judgment, and organizational planning.
  • Success in this role requires strong change management capabilities and team leadership skills.
