Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Collaborate with other Leaders to achieve objectives outlined in The City's Action Plan.
  • Provide strategic leadership, mentoring, and development opportunities for staff.
  • Oversee procurement and project management to minimize disruption of scheduled capital and maintenance activities.
Requirements
  • A completed 2-year Technical Diploma with at least 10 years of related progressive experience that includes supervision.
  • Equivalent combinations of experience and education may be considered.
  • Demonstrated strong abilities in change leadership, strategic and analytical thinking, strong communication, sound judgment, and decision-making, and planning and organizing.
