Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Boston Pizza. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise a team of food service staff, including cooks, servers, and hosts/hostesses.
- Ensure that all food and beverage service standards are met, including quality, presentation, and timeliness.
- Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments, including kitchen and front-of-house staff, to ensure seamless service.
- Monitor and maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Provide coaching and training to staff to improve performance and achieve goals.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
- Manage conflicts and resolve issues in a fair and professional manner.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
