Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at S & J Trude Holdings Inc.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of staff, training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and ensure that all necessary reports are completed in a timely manner.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, and ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent exposure to food and kitchen equipment. The ability to work in a physically demanding environment and maintain a high level of energy and productivity is essential.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Hours of Work:The Food Service Supervisor will work 30-40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
