Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at SV Investments Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Develop and implement new recipes to enhance our menu offerings and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain a well-stocked kitchen and ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to plan and execute special events and menu promotions.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide kitchen staff.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English and ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers.
