Senior Assurance and Accounting Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assurance and Accounting professional to join our team as a Manager. As a key member of our Assurance and Accounting team, you will be responsible for leading client-facing engagement teams to complete audits, compliance tax engagements, budgeting, internal controls, and financial/accounting transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead client-facing engagement teams to deliver high-quality audit and assurance services
- Develop and implement effective engagement strategies to meet client needs and expectations
- Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure their needs are met through regular communication and relationship-building
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality work products and meet deadlines
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and technical expertise to provide expert advice to clients
- CPA designation and 4-6 years of relevant public accounting experience
- Strong understanding of business, accounting, management, and practice development principles
- Proven leadership and people management skills, with experience in mentoring and coaching team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
