About the Role

EHN Canada is a leading provider of mental health, trauma, and addiction treatment services. We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our interdisciplinary team at EHN Willowview Complex Needs Emergency Facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients with mental health and addiction-related issues.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients, families, and significant others on recovery issues.
  • Administer medications and safely implement physician's orders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Participate in crisis intervention and provide information on addiction services.
  • Collaborate with the team to assess, plan, and evaluate client care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Licensed Practical Nurses with pharmacological training.
  • Current registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the Province of Saskatchewan.
  • Basic CPR certification.
  • Recent clinical experience, including medication administration and leadership duties.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of the interdisciplinary team.
