Job Summary:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care to clients/patients/residents in all phases of healthcare. You will work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care to clients/patients/residents in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct health assessments, identify health needs, and develop plans to address them
  • Provide education to clients/patients/residents and their families on health-related topics
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Practical Nursing diploma
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Registered/eligible with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of SK (CLPNS)
