Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN to join our team in the Endoscopy Specialty Day & Night Care department. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
- Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence
- Practical Nursing diploma
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
- Valid driver's license (where required)
- Registration/eligibility with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of SK (CLPNS)
