We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at I-CORP SECURITY SERVICES LTD.
Job Summary:The Security Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of security guards, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards, ensuring they are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
- Conduct regular inspections of security guards' work areas to ensure they are following company policies and procedures.
- Investigate and report any incidents or security breaches to management.
- Develop and implement security protocols to prevent and respond to security threats.
- Train and mentor security guards on new procedures and policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and secure operation.
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in security or a related field.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Security Guard License required.
The Security Supervisor will work in a variety of locations, including office buildings, shopping centers, and other commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to stand for extended periods.
