Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Paladin Security. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that they are performing their duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections of security equipment and facilities to ensure that they are in good working order and meet company standards.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of clients and their properties.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as facilities and maintenance, to ensure that security needs are met.
- Provide training and guidance to security personnel on security procedures and protocols.
- Monitor and report on security incidents and trends, providing recommendations for improvement.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a security supervisory role.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
English is the primary language of communication in this role.
Work Hours:30 hours per week.
