Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Blackhorse Pub. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and service.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient methods to meet our kitchen's work schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that all food preparation and service meet our high standards.
- Train Staff: Provide training to our kitchen staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining the highest level of quality and consistency.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for our kitchen operations.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Permanent position
- English as the primary language of communication
- 40 hours per week
