About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Blackhorse Pub. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient kitchen workflows to meet service demands
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff on food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and stocking supplies
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
