About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscaper to join our team at KOBBY'S LANDSCAPING INC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining outdoor spaces that exceed our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implementation
    • Develop and implement creative and functional outdoor space designs
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Garden Maintenance
    • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens
    • Apply fertilizers, fungicides, herbicides, pesticides, and other lawn care products
    • Assess the health of lawns and diagnose problems and diseases in trees and shrubs
  • Project Management
    • Survey and assess designated sites
    • Prepare conceptual designs and build models
    • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure project completion
  • Physical Demands
    • Work in a physically demanding environment, including bending, crouching, and kneeling
    • Ability to distinguish between colors and maintain attention to detail
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in landscaping or a related field
    • Permanent employment
    • 30 to 44 hours per week
  • Language
    • Fluent in English
Working Conditions

This role requires working outdoors in various weather conditions. The ideal candidate will be physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
