About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscaper to join our team at KOBBY'S LANDSCAPING INC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining outdoor spaces that exceed our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Build Models: Create visually appealing and functional outdoor spaces that meet our clients' needs.
  • Prepare Conceptual Designs: Develop detailed plans and designs for outdoor spaces, taking into account factors such as climate, soil type, and client preferences.
  • Survey and Assess Sites: Conduct thorough site assessments to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lawn Care and Maintenance: Water, tend to, and fertilize plants, lawns, and gardens to ensure they remain healthy and thriving.
  • Treatment Applications: Apply various treatments such as pruning, spraying, and repairing damaged areas to maintain the health and appearance of outdoor spaces.
  • Tree Care and Removal: Plant, move, and remove trees as needed to maintain the health and appearance of outdoor spaces.
  • Landscaping Experience: Work on a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial construction, as well as restoration and preservation projects.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in landscaping or a related field.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, and crouching.
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, reliability, and punctuality are essential for this role.
