About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Multimedia Designer to join our team at Fields of Harvest Church. As a Multimedia Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging visual content for our communications materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and guide a team of graphic designers or graphic arts technicians to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Project Planning and Estimation
    • Estimate the time required to complete graphic designs and illustrations, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
  • Content Creation
    • Develop and produce high-quality sketches and final illustrations that meet the clients' communications needs.
    • Consult with clients to determine the nature and content of illustrations, ensuring alignment with their objectives.
  • Production Coordination
    • Coordinate all aspects of production for print, audio-visual, or electronic materials, ensuring seamless execution.
    • Consult with clients to establish the overall look, graphic elements, and content of communications materials.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in Adobe Suite, MS Office, and other relevant software.
    • Familiarity with HTML, XHTML, and other web development technologies.
  • Area of Specialization
    • E-commerce expertise is a plus.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule
    • 30 hours per week.
