Job Title: Multimedia Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Multimedia Designer to join our team at Fields of Harvest Church (FOHC). As a Multimedia Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective visual communications materials for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead a team of graphic designers and graphic arts technicians to ensure the delivery of high-quality visual communications materials.
  • Estimate and manage time to complete graphic designs and illustrations, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
  • Adapt and modify existing illustrations to meet the evolving needs of our organization.
  • Collaborate with clients to determine the nature and content of illustrations, ensuring they meet our communications objectives.
  • Develop and produce realistic or representational sketches and final illustrations that effectively convey our message.
  • Coordinate all aspects of production for print, audio-visual, and electronic materials, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality output.
  • Consult with clients to establish the overall look, graphic elements, and content of communications materials, ensuring alignment with our brand and messaging.
  • Determine the most suitable medium and vehicle for communication, ensuring the desired visual effect is achieved.
  • Develop graphic elements that meet client objectives, using existing photo and illustration banks, typography guides, and other resources.
  • Prepare sketches, layouts, and graphic elements, ensuring they meet the required standards and quality.
Computer and Technology Skills:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their applications in visual communications.
  • Experience with WordPress and HTML/CSS.

  • Criminal record check required.
  • Temporary work term.
  • English language proficiency required.
  • 30 hours per week.
