About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to acquire a transversal understanding of the Bank and work in an environment that fosters growth and innovation. As an IT Lead Auditor, you will be responsible for:

  • Understanding how technology supports business processes
  • Identifying risks arising from IT management activities, including information security, disaster recovery, and cloud services
  • Establishing audit strategies using data analysis to assess compliance and effectiveness of controls
  • Analyzing problems, identifying root causes, and proposing innovative solutions
  • Promoting data analytics to your team and presenting conclusions and recommendations to leaders
  • Contributing to the evolution of audit practices and general controls
About the Team

You will be part of a dynamic and multidisciplinary team of around 15 professionals, reporting to the Senior Manager, Internal Audit. Our team values collaboration, enthusiasm, and growth, and we offer a flexible work environment with hybrid work options.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree related to the industry and 10 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree and 7 years of experience
  • At least 7 years of experience in IT risks audit, IT risk management, or information security
  • Knowledge of processes and systems related to Financial, Commercial, and Credit Markets
  • CISA, CISSP, or CRISC designation
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools (ACL, Audit Exchange, IDEA, SAS, or other)
  • Demonstrated leadership and strong communication skills in French
  • Ability to understand complex realities and solve problems
