Job Title: Lead Auditor

Crédit Agricole SA is seeking a highly skilled Lead Auditor to join our team. As a Lead Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting audit assignments from planning to reporting, assessing risks, and validating control environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess risks and validate control environments for audited activities
  • Review and challenge processes and controls to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
  • Verify compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Monitor fieldwork and adjust audit fields to identified risks
  • Maintain close communication with Audit Manager/Head of Local Audit/Regional Supervisor on audit progress
  • Notify major control weaknesses and comply with escalation policy
  • Manage and organize interviews, debriefing meetings, and conclusions with Management
  • Follow up, review, and finalize audit reports with Management
  • Ensure audit deliverables adhere to IGE/IGL Methodologies
  • Contribute to the development of IGE's knowledge and expertise on model risks
  • Monitor evolution of relevant strategies, projects, policies, and procedures
Requirements:
  • 4-8 years of experience in audit, including model auditing experience
  • Project management skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills in English and French
  • Knowledge of auditing principles, practices, and techniques
  • Knowledge of model principles, practices, and techniques
