About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Performance Analyst to join our team at ZGF Architects. As a key member of our sustainability team, you will play a critical role in supporting and providing sustainable analysis in the pursuit of sustainable performance goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and sustainability, with experience working on complex multi-phased projects. You will be responsible for developing project-specific analysis, including Whole Building LCA, daylighting, and view out, to support the definition of sustainable vision and project goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sustainable design strategies to meet project goals and certifications (LEED, Fitwel, ILFI)
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop design solutions that meet sustainable vision and project goals
  • Perform architectural assignments and work collaboratively with others toward design solutions
  • Coordinate and document LCAs and other documentation for sustainable certifications
  • Support the delivery of projects based in Canada and the US in their pursuit of higher building performance
Requirements
  • Professional Architectural degree with 2-5 years of experience supporting sustainability projects deliveries
  • Ability to present analytical results to project teams and clients to bridge between technical analysis and practical decision-making
  • Experience working with complex multi-phased higher education, large transit, healthcare, civic, and/or commercial development projects
  • Proficient in Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper for Rhino, Adobe Suite, and MS Office Suite
