Position Overview

As a Catering Operations Supervisor at Angelica's Food House & Catering, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our catering services. Your leadership will ensure that our culinary offerings meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college or non-university program lasting between 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year but less than 2 years in a similar role.

Work Setting
  • Engagement in the employer's or client's residence.
  • Experience in a restaurant setting.
  • Involvement with a catering company.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules efficiently.
  • Order food and kitchen supplies as needed.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
  • Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that food quality and service adhere to established standards.
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for catering services.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports.
  • Possess knowledge of various culinary styles relevant to the establishment.
  • Oversee and verify the assembly of food trays.
