Food Service Operations Manager

At Chuck's Roadhouse Bar and Grill, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring a high level of quality and efficiency.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
