About the Role

ARC Resources is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Finance Analyst to join our Treasury department. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in maintaining our financial model, creating financial forecasts, and conducting corporate financial analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive financial models to support business decisions
  • Prepare and analyze financial forecasts, including weekly and monthly forecasts, to inform management and stakeholders
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis and reporting to support corporate financial decisions
  • Assist with maintaining and updating our corporate financial model to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Conduct benchmarking and peer analysis to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
  • Prepare and review financial information for presentations to the Board, rating agencies, and banks
  • Develop and maintain debt covenant calculations and related documentation
  • Prepare and review financial reporting information as required
  • Assist with fundamental research and analysis to support business decisions
  • Lead or assist with other finance-related projects as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • CFA designation or currently pursuing CFA is desirable
  • Prior experience in corporate banking, investment banking, or equity research is an asset
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
