Administrative Assistant

Rising Star Daycare & OSC Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Office Management: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of our office, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
- Scheduling: Schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings and correspondence.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our staff, clients, and stakeholders.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
