The Role

The Senior Service Engineer provides critical engineering support for the integration and problem diagnosis of OSI's navigational system products. This role requires a professional with a strong background in engineering, preferably in the military domain, and experience in delivering complex support solutions to government/military customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and commission navigation systems products at customer sites worldwide.
  • Diagnose and repair hardware assembly problems, as well as software configuration, network, and integration issues.
  • Assist in designing, developing, and implementing system test environments in support of product development and project requirements.
  • Provide customer support through email and telephone, and assist in training customers on system installation, maintenance, and problem diagnosis.
  • Collaborate with the OEM to discuss technical issues related to the setup and configuration of sensors and equipment.
  • Ensure required records are maintained and properly completed in accordance with service procedures.
  • Produce and maintain all required documentation in compliance with company requirements and ISO 9001:2015 standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 years of engineering experience, preferably in the military domain.
  • Experience in delivering complex support solutions to government/military customers is an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of electronic and Windows operating systems, as well as system networks and software scripting.
  • Excellent customer relation, prioritization, organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
