Job Title: Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at 15216010 Canada Inc.

Job Summary:

The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the security operations of our organization, ensuring the safety and security of our employees, clients, and assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring they are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
  • Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of our organization.
  • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential security threats and implement measures to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to security and risk management.
  • Provide training and guidance to security personnel on security procedures, protocols, and best practices.
  • Monitor and report on security incidents and trends, providing recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Security Guard License
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a security-related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent position with a 35-40 hour workweek. The language of work is English.
