IT Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing our network infrastructure, providing technical support to staff and guests, and leading project management initiatives to implement new technologies.

• Manage and maintain our TCP/IP network infrastructure
• Provide technical support for Microsoft Windows and Office 365
• Support our Property Management System (PMS) and Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Lead project management initiatives to implement new technologies
• Offer helpdesk support to staff and guests

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Professional IT certifications in TCP/IP networking or Windows (e.g., MCSE, CCNA)
• Experience in hospitality or customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in Canada
