Primary Maternity Care Physician

You will also be responsible for providing care and coordination of community-based care, secondary and tertiary level healthcare, and operating within the Bylaws and Rules and Regulations of Nova Scotia Health Authority. Additionally, you will work towards same day or next day access for the practice population and participate in quality improvement and evaluation activities.", "Expected Hours": "This is a part-time position with flexible hours, including participation in the OB Clinic and flexible call group (from 3-8 shifts per month).", "Qualifications": "To be eligible for this position, you must be eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia (CPSNS) and certification with the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC). You must also have membership with the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) and hold Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Certification (NRC).
