About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at ATL Senior Living. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including preparing reports, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between our team and external stakeholders, including vendors, clients, and partners.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and coordination of projects, including developing project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of budgets, manage expenses, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, families, and staff, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
