About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our team at Wesco International, Inc. as a key member of our business growth and innovation team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion through product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, leveraging market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights.
  • Negotiate and manage supplier relationships to ensure optimal procurement costs, performance metrics, and rebates.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers and manufacturers, driving new product revenues and business growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance teams to support business growth and improve sales enablement and customer experience.
  • Develop and execute merchandising strategies to optimize product assortment and customer engagement through digital assets.
  • Manage inventory levels and direct customer engagement opportunities to drive business growth and revenue expansion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 5 years of experience in product development and marketing, with a strong background in business growth and innovation.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic planning and execution.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, market research, and competitive analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical issues to all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
